Color by Numbers Farm Animals

Print the Color by Numbers Farm Animals scene as a simple reinforcement activity. Provide a target word or words, and ask the child to produce it 1, 2, 3… times before they color in the item with the corresponding color. I actually like to let my kiddos use bingo daubers, and they love this!
 
Use the Color by Numbers Sheep to teach and reinforce the basic preschool concepts
of colors and numbers.
 
For older children, ask them to find and correctly say 1, 2, 3… words that include their target sound around the room (or to think of them themselves) before they color an item.
 
You can also use this activity to reinforce language concepts. Have children produce 1, 2, or 3... items within a category or to answer questions about farms, farm animals, crops, growing, etc.... !
